What we store. The playlists you build (title, name you enter, birth year and songs). If you send a gift: the recipient's name, their email or mobile number, your name and your message.
Why. To create your playlist, show it at its share link, and deliver your gift on the date you choose. We never sell your data or use gift recipients' details for marketing.
How long. Gift contact details are deleted 30 days after delivery. Playlists stay available at their link until you ask us to remove them.
Services we use. Supabase (database, Sydney region), Netlify (hosting), Spotify and YouTube (to create playlists), Apple iTunes (30-second previews) and Make.com (to send gift messages).
